Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement

By purchasing products from InOffice Interiors, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein. There terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and InOffice Interiors.

2. Order

2.1 All orders are subject to acceptance and availability

2.2 Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled without prior approval from InOffice Interiors

2.3 Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but any changes will not affect orders already placed

3. Payment

3.1 Payment for products must be made in full before delivery or collection

3.2 We accept payment via credit/debit card, PayPal, or any other payment method specified on our website or invoice

3.3 In the event of late payment, InOffice Interiors reserves the right to charge interest at a rate of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance

4. Delivery

4.1 Delivery dates provided by InOffice Interiors are estimates and not guaranteed

4.2 Delivery charges may apply and will be communicated to you prior to finalising your order

4.3 InOffice Interiors is not liable for any delays or damages caused during transit, but we will make every effort to assist in resolving any issues that may arise

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 InOffice Interiors accepts returns of products within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition and packaging

5.2 Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving returned items, minus any applicable restocking fees or return shipping charges

5.3 Customised or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless deemed faulty or damaged upon receipt

6. Product Warranty

6.1 InOffice Interiors warrants that products sold are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of delivery

6.2 This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misses, or improper installation of the products

6.3 In the event of a warranty claim, please contact us promptly to discuss the issue and arrange for repair or replacement as necessary

7. Liability

7.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, InOffice Interiors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our products or services

7.2 Our liability for any direct damages shall be limited to the purchase price of the products in question

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and designs, associated with InOffice Interiors are owned by us

8.2 You agree not to use or reproduce any of our intellectual property without prior written consent

9. Governing Law

9.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales

9.2 Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales

10. Amendments

10.1 InOffice Interiors reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice

10.2 Any amendments will be effective immediately upon positing on our website or notifying you by other means
